Founded in 2009, the foundation has made significant strides in funding research, supporting patients, and raising awareness about rare cancers. TargetCancer Foundation (TCF) works to advance the development of more effective and personalized treatments for people with rare cancers. We envision a world in which everyone diagnosed with a rare cancer has effective treatment options and a chance to live. The foundation focuses on advancing progress in rare cancers through collaborations with other organizations and consortia to create effective and personalized treatments for everyone living with rare cancers. TargetCancer Foundation is a recognized 501(c)(3) charity that systematically works with partners across the rare cancer community to address challenges faced by patients and researchers in the field of rare cancers. TCF-001 TRACK is a fully remote clinical trial enrolling 400 patients with rare cancers or cancers of unknown primary, providing genomic testing and treatment recommendations.
